Welcome to Embel Bioscience Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of our collagen products and services. 2.1 Intended Use: All Embel Bioscience collagen products are intended for research purposes only and are not for human or clinical use unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2.2 No Medical Claims: Our products are not tested or approved for use in food, drugs, or medical applications. Customers acknowledge that they are solely responsible for ensuring that product use complies with all applicable laws and regulations. - Ordering & Payment
3.1 Order Processing: Orders will be processed only upon receipt of full payment.

4.1 Shipping Methods: Due to the temperature-sensitive nature of our collagen products, we ship using express delivery services with ice packs or dry ice to maintain product integrity.
4.3 Shipping Responsibility: Once the package is delivered, the customer assumes full responsibility for proper storage and handling. Embel Bioscience is not liable for product degradation due to improper storage after delivery.
4.4 International Shipping: Customers outside Canada are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or regulatory compliance in their respective countries. - Returns, Refunds & Replacement Policy
5.1 No Returns on Perishable Products: Due to the nature of temperature-sensitive biomaterials, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
5.2 Damage Reporting: Customers must report any product damage or quality concerns within 24 hours of receiving the order. Supporting documentation (e.g., photographs) must be provided.
5.3 Replacements: If a product is found defective due to Embel Bioscience’s error, a replacement will be issued at our discretion. - Quality Assurance & Liability
6.1 Product Specifications: We guarantee that our products meet the stated specifications and purity levels as detailed in our product documentation. However, we do not guarantee suitability for specific applications.
6.2 Storage & Handling: Customers must follow proper storage guidelines upon receipt. Embel Bioscience is not responsible for degradation due to improper handling.
6.3 Limited Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Embel Bioscience shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of research results, business interruption, or financial losses resulting from product use. - Intellectual Property & Branding
7.1 Ownership: All trademarks, product descriptions, datasheets, and technical documentation remain the intellectual property of Embel Bioscience Inc.
7.2 Restrictions: Customers may not use our company name, logos, or product branding for commercial or promotional purposes without written permission. - Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
8.1 Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
